This data release includes data and metadata used in the estimation of Ceratocystis lukuohia survival in ambrosia beetle frass under various temperature and humidity conditions on Hawai?i Island. Data were used in the analysis of the manuscript, "Ceratocystis lukuohia-infested ambrosia beetle frass as inoculum for Ceratocystis wilt of Metrosideros polymorpha." Frass was exposed at two locations including Volcano and Hilo, as well as a control incubator and frass was tested for viable C. lukuohia propagules through a carrot baiting technique over time.
