Metagenome assemblies of Bacteria Associated to Aedes aegypti. Aedes aegypti

These assemblies were created using a metagenomic pipeline that extracts unmapped reads from existing WGS data. Using Aedes aegypti WGS data, sequenced from a previous study, we pulled reads that did not map to Aedes aegypt and performed metagenome assemblies and binning to acquire metagenome assembled genomes of bacterial species associated to the organism.
