CLIPS contains complexes structure of single carbohydrate unit-protein. Structure files were derived from PDB database and underwent redundance cleaning and Rosetta relaxation. CLIPS, includes 231 complexes with furanoses, 6,098 complexes with pyranoses, 350 complexes with L-sugars, and 5,980 complexes with D-sugars. Within this, metal ions at the carbohydrate–protein interface were then annotated, yielding 141 metal-carbohydrate–protein complexes.
