AR-induced long non-coding RNA LINC01503 facilitates proliferation and metastasis via SFPQ-FOSL1 axis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma

To determine the potential role of LINC01503 in NPC, we used a plasmid expressing shRNA to specifically knock down endogenous LINC01503 expression in HK1 cells, and then performed RNA-seq to identify the downstream genes affected by LINC01503 knockdown.
