Role of visfatin (Nampt) on early embryogenesis in normal weight and obese mice. Studies on siRNA induced knockdown model.

We obtained transcriptomic profiles in HFD or ND mouse blastocysts (96 h post-insemination (hpi)) which had been electroporated with non-targeting or Nampt-targeting siRNA at the one-cell stage (3–6 hpi). Overall design: In vitro produced mouse blastocysts were processed to RNA-Seq. The experiments were duplicated using ten embryos per group.
