通过建设加强农村环境污染监管，辅助开展农药化肥、农作物秸秆、畜禽养殖粪便和污水、农村生活垃圾等农业面源污染治理工作，有效控制农业面源污染。By establishing and strengthening rural environmental pollution supervision mechanisms, we support the implementation of agricultural non-point source pollution control work including pesticides and fertilizers, crop straw, livestock and poultry breeding manure and sewage, and rural domestic garbage, thereby effectively controlling agricultural non-point source pollution.
