SPGP VI requires that projects be at least 2,500 feet away from an active wood stork nesting colony. This layer helps streamline review of projects that may qualify for SPGP by providing a pre-created buffer from known active wood stork colonies. Use of the buffer is also helpful when reviewing ERP projects for compliance with Applicant's Handbook Volume I, Section 10.2.2. </SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
