A distributed coding logic for thermosensation and inflammatory pain

Raw data and analysis code that accompanies the manuscript titled "A distributed coding logic for thermosensation and inflammatory pain" published in Nature by Ghitani et al. in 2025. Analysis code is provided as an R script "single_cell_transcriptomics.R" for single cell transcriptomic analysis of DRG neurons and as a Jupyter notebook "thermosensation.ipynb" for the analysis of in vivo calcium imaging, animal behavior and statistical analysis. Raw data are provided as .csv spreadsheet files. Detailed descriptions of data files, installation and execution of code are included in the README.md file.
