Synthetic polymer based 3D culture improve naïve properties of human induced pluripotent stem cells

Human induced pluripotent stem cells were cultured on crosslinked cyclosiloxane based polymer. Gene expression profiling analysis was conducted through data obtained from RNA sequencing to investigate the genetic difference between human induced pluripotent stem cells cultured on vitronectin plate and polymer coated plate. Overall design: Gene expression pattern analysis of RNA sequencing data for CMC-iPSC-009 cells cultured on vitronectin plate , ultra low attachment plate, and polymer coated plate. Two replicates for each culture condition.
