“Geofaredagen” is a meeting place for all who work with natural hazards, and will be organized as a national conference. The conference aims to reach current and future natural hazards researchers, trainers and others working with natural hazards. The conference is in Norwegian, but contributions in English are also accepted.

NIFS Module is a continuation of the NIFS program (Nature Hazard - Infrastructure - Flood - Landslide) and participates in the Klima 2050 Partnership. The NIFS program has been a joint effort between the Norwegian National Rail Administration, the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate and the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, which are all partners in Klima 2050. The agencies have major common challenges, and good collaboration is cost-effective and competence-building for the organizations. The NIFS program was implemented during the period 2012-2015.
