Perception of self-location was compared between participants taught about facial anatomy and participants taught about chest anatomy. 50 participants took part in an online study. Individuals were either taught about anatomical features of the face or anatomical features of the chest and, then, identified the place in the body where they perceived that they existed. The hypothesis that participants taught about facial anatomy would self-locate closer to the head than participants taught about chest anatomy was not supported. notReviewed other
