资源简介:
Different versions of the network can be created by excluding certain link types using the Evidence column, and, in reference to the node file, by collapsing node names following a biological hierarchy. The contents of each column are as follows: Resource - First node. Where applicable this is the node being consumed.
Consumer - Second node. Where applicable this is the node consuming the resource.
Interaction.name - Where reported this is nature of the biological process conveyed by the link.
Evidence - The type of link, whether there is an identified process (Mechanism), an association (Pattern), or just two simultaneous nodes (Cooccurrence).
Authors - Surname of the first author of the publication.
Year - Year of publication.
Journal - Name of the journal in which it was published.
Abstract.only - Whether or not (Y or N) I had access to the full text of the publication.
Methods - The type of research reported in the publication.
Notes - Rough description of what the publication reported.
Max.parasites.per.person - Most parasites reported in a person in that publication.
Aggregated.Resource - Renamed node corresponding to the Resource column. Other forms of aggregation are possible by reference to the node file.
Aggregated.Consumer - Renamed node corresponding to the Consumer column. Other forms of aggregation are possible by reference to the node file.
Publication - Combination of Authors, Year, and Journal to identify each unique publication.
