Long-term menopause is considered to be one of the risk factors for pelvic organ prolapse. In the case of long-term menopause, the supporting function of the pelvic floor tissue is weakened, but the effect on the vaginal wall tissue is not fully elaborated. This study intends to use transcriptomics to further clarify. Overall design: The postmenopausal rat model was constructed by ovariectomization method. After 7 months of breeding, the vaginal wall tissues of the rats were collected and the expression of genes in the vaginal wall was analyzed by transcriptomics
