Supplementary data: Independent Size Expansions and Intron Proliferation in Red Algal Plastid and Mitochondrial Genomes

For details, see the READM.md file.<br>Datasets are given in their respective zip files. Two python scripts along with files to test them are included in two separate zip files.<br>Fragmented genomes are given as their assembled nucleotide sequences (in fasta format), and we include the predicted protein sequences. All reads of all (fragmented and complete) organellar genomes were submitted to SRA. <br><br>Organellar genomes submitted to genbank and genomic reads submitted to SRA are also included here for convenience, each in it's own .zip file. These are also available on GenBank and SRA databases of NCBI.<br>
