FRET Analysis

This suite of Fiji/ImageJ Macros is used to analyse ratio metric sensitized emission FRET data captured using a GE InCell 2000 high throughput microscope. The macros will create time series stacks (Stack Creator 3.2), allow the user to mark up the cells to analyse (Cell Markup 1.1) and finally analyse the FRET response generating F/F0 and F/Fmax values (Batch Analyse 1.1)
