Single cell sequencing results of DNA-damaged LNCaP cells

Radiation therapy resistance of prostate cancer hinders the efficacy of therapy. DNA damage plays a key role in the progression of prostate cancer. In this project, we treated LNCaP cells with CPT and irradiation (0.5Gy, 2Gy, and 8 Gy) respectively. N= 3 for each group, in addition to the 8 Gy group n=2. We examined the effect of radiation therapy on the transcriptome of LNCaP at the single cell level by single-cell sequencing.
