A pooled pull-down experiment for protein fragments, expressed with mRNA display, that bind Med15 or TFIID subcomplex Overall design: Protein fragments of length 53 amino acids were synthesized as an oligo pool and in vitro translated using mRNA display as a pool of protein fragments covalently tagged with their mRNA sequences. The library was sequenced before and after pull-down with Med15 or Taf4/5/9/6/12 bound to magnetic beads.
