资源简介:
This dataset comprises the experimental data from a foundational study as "Naturally occurring core region mutations of hepatitis B virus related to viral replication and HBeAg seroconversion". This study aimed to investigate the impact of naturally occurring C-region mutations in HBV-infected individuals within the blood donor population on HBV replication and expression. The HBV samples were collected from various blood centers across multiple provinces in China, with sequencing and experimental validation conducted by the National Center for Clinical Laboratories. In brief, this study characterized several common C-region mutations in HBV and explored their effects on the HBV replication cycle. The data include:The original Western Blot images in the article (RAR files containing TIFFs): The original Western Blot image were from multiple experimental groups without any editing. The images were named corresponding to the manuscript. For specific information about the picture, please refer to the PPT file.Position and size of the bands in the original Western Blot image in the article (PPT format): Schematic diagrams of band positions in Western Blot results .The detailed lane positions, band sizes, and marker locations have been marked corresponding to the manuscript. The original data in the article (Excel format): Experimental data from various assays included in the study. Each sheet represents the data of multiple panels in each figure and panel, including all the data used to draw the graphs and figures. For example, the levels of intracellular HBc reactive to the wild-type in Figure 4A in the manuscript were shown in the Figure4-A in the sheet “Figure4” of “The original data in the article (Excel format)”. The results were presented as means and standard deviations of at least three independent experiments. This research provides a theoretical foundation for subsequent studies on the mechanisms of HBV C-region mutations.
