Municipal MS4 Non-Consortium Outfalls

MS4 Stormwater Outfalls: This data is a collection of stormwater outfalls (discharge points) within Westchester County, NY. The data was collected by various local sources in 2018. This layer has been updated in July 2020 to remove all features that were located in MS4 consortium municipalities (17 municipalities are consortium in the year 2020).
