3D MRI Foundation Model Evaluation Cohort

A curated dataset of 3D MRI studies designed to support evaluation and validation of foundation model (FM) embeddings in clinical imaging contexts. Each record links patient demographics, study acquisition metadata, and series-level imaging parameters to precomputed 3D FM embeddings. The dataset supports a range of downstream tasks including FM evaluation and validation, lightweight adapter training, and systematic analysis of model strengths and weaknesses across imaging conditions. Patient and study data are included to enable assessment of how well FM embeddings generalize across clinical variation.
