Evolutionary Engineering and Transcriptomic & Genomic Analysis of Phenylethanol-resistant Saccharomyces cerevisiae

The aim of this study was to develop phenylethanol-resistant Saccharomyces cerevisiae mutants by using evolutionary engineering and to characterize the selected mutants at phenotypic, genomic and transcriptomic levels.
