Modulation des organismes rhizospheriques par les bles anciens

This project aims to evaluate the ability of old varieties of wheat to recruit microorganisms compared to improved varieties. The bacterial and fungal population of endosphere and rhizosphere of wheat were analysed by targuet sequencing on Illumina MiSeq System plateform. Taxonomic data were analyzed to explore the alpha and beta diversity and also in relation to functional traits of bacteria and fungi. The result show that old varieties of wheat are usfull for select plant grow promoting microbe. Indeed, the diversity index were better for old varieties. Moreover, the fold change analysis show good abundance of some beneficial microorganisms for old varieties.
