Gene expression and pre-mRNA splicing events were examined in human breast adenocarcinoma (MCF7) cells treated or not with cisplatin and various siRNAs. Triplicate samples of MCF7 cells were treated with siRNA to knock down c-Jun or RBM39, or control siRNA, and treated or not with cisplatin.
