IGAR: Indonesian Government App Review Dataset

This dataset contains review of Government application in Indonesia such as JMO, Satusehat, MobileJKN, MyPertamina, KAI, and BMKG. This dataset is collected from Google Play Store which is designed for sentiment analysis task. The objective of this dataset is to understand user sentiment abased on review, improving government service quality. This dataset serves as a valuable resource for researchers and practitioners in the fields of sentiment analysis, natural language processing (NLP), and public service evaluation. This dataset offers interdisciplinary use as it can support studies in public policy evaluation based on mobile service digital performance, particularly in assessing the effectiveness, accessibility, and responsiveness of government-related digital applications.
