Bioreactor glucose conversion to carboxylic acids Raw sequence reads

Raw sequencing reads for 16S amplicon sequencing, metagenomics, and metatranscriptomics obtained from multiple samples collected at different time points form duplicate chain elongating bioreactors. Bioreactors were fed a synthetic medium with glucose as the primary carbon source. Major fermentation end products included acetate, butyrate, and hexanoate. The bioreactor has a solids retention time of 6 days and the temperature was controlled at 35 deg C. The pH was controlled at 5.5.
