资源简介:

This dataset reports monthly tropical cyclone proximity and significant wave-height exposure for directed maritime country pairs and coded city pairs, grouped by vessel type and UTC departure month. It covers 1,136,916 voyages by 34,190 vessels departing during UTC 2025, with arrival and destination-visit closure observed before 1 March 2026. Both tables represent 150,305,435 voyage-hours. The country table contains 122,770 records and 41 fields; the coded city table contains 579,836 records and 43 fields. Full voyage duration is assigned to the departure month. Fields describe cyclone exposure within 300 and 500 km, mean significant wave height, high-wave exposure, sample sizes, data availability and conditional exposure ranges associated with unknown positions. Groups with at least one voyage are retained. The five files comprise two CSV tables, a README, a field guide and a SHA-256 manifest. Inputs and methods are documented in the accompanying manuscript and README. Code: https://github.com/Amoylimee/a-to-b-through-typhoon-and-swell-release/tree/25115b3479038a5c3d6c07c22b64ea932b9b572d. GFW inputs have been processed into voyage statistics and aggregated exposure measures; these outputs are the authors' derived product.
