Replication Data for: Heterogeneous Real Estate Agents and the Housing Cycle

This replication package includes the code used to create the empirical and theoretical results in \"Heterogeneous Real Estate Agents and the Housing Cycle.\" The code package includes two sets of code: 1) empirical code, which is runs on propriety data purchased from Corelogic and 2) theoretical code, which estimates a dynamic structural search model and then generates sets of counterfactuals.
