Evaluation of the effects of FGF8, Endothelin-1, and BMP4 (FEDB) on induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived neural crest cells (NCCs) induced in two-dimensional (2D) conditions

To evaluate the effects of FEDB on NCCs induced in 2D conditions, we sampled 2D cultured cells and cell aggregates during FEDB treatment and compared gene expression patterns. Overall design: RNA sequencing profiles of 1231A3 iPSC-derived NCC aggregates, NCC aggregates treated with FEDB, CD271high+ NCCs sorted from 2D induction protocols (2D NCC CD271high), and 2D NCC CD271high treated with FEDB in 2D culture (2D 271H+FEDB).
