Unofficial technical mirror — no new conservation scores. The scientific dataset redistributed here was created by Nace Kranjc, Andrea Crisanti, Tony Nolan, and Federica Bernardini. It was published with the article Anopheles gambiae Genome Conservation as a Resource for Rational Gene Drive Target Site Selection (2021), DOI: 10.3390/insects12020097, and released as Anopheles gambiae (AgamP4) genome conservation score (Version v2), DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.4304586. This record supplies a redundant, range-readable copy of that published HDF5 file together with a compact Kerchunk Reference Specification index. Its aim is solely to make small genomic-region queries possible without first downloading the complete 3.7 GB file. The HDF5 file is byte-for-byte identical to the source dataset (MD5 5b1848e967383b7afebd88651439a5cc). The scientific scores have not been recalculated, transformed, repacked, or modified. The Kerchunk index maps Zarr-style chunk keys to byte ranges in this exact file so AgamCs and compatible tools can retrieve only the data needed for a requested interval. For scientific credit, users should cite both the Kranjc et al. 2021 paper and the original dataset. Users should additionally cite this mirror when its preserved copy or Kerchunk index was used, to record the access route. The Kerchunk index was prepared by Thomas Courty with AgamCs commit 64be60825352d8a2e06bf78aa1006fecc6848664. The deposit includes a data dictionary, bibliography, build environment, machine-readable provenance, checksums, and usage instructions.
