miRNA sequencing of sciatic nerve in SD rats. Rattus norvegicus

In order to explore the mechanism of functional changes of peripheral nerves that lose spinal cord control, and to find the target and direction of wound treatment for paralyzed patients, we conducted this study. We established a model of sciatic nerve transection and sciatic nerve transection combined with spinal cord transection injury in SD rats. RNA sequencing was used to analyze the expression of miRNA in peripheral nerve stumps, and histopathological staining was performed.
