Metabolomic analysis of gut microbiota metabolites

In mice induced by DSS, oral administration of silibinin was used for intervention, and then the colonic contents were removed for LC-MS non-targeted metabolomics analysis. In mice induced by DSS, colonic contents were taken, fecal bacteria were extracted, and co-cultured with silibinin ex vivo. Subsequently, metabolomics analysis was performed using the same method.
