Supplementary Files for "A draft genome of the neritid snail Theodoxus fluviatilis"

The file GenomeImprovementPipeline.sh describes the code that was used in creating the genome assembly and annotation for Theodoxus fluviatilis. The file supplementary_table1.ods contains information for different assemblers that were tried on the PacBio WGS data. The file supplementary_table2.ods contains information about the 50 Illumina whole genome sequences that were generated and are deposited at NCBI. The file supplemntary_figure1.odt contains the figure from contamination screening, using blobtools.
