Dipterocarpus hasseltii Genome sequencing and assembly

Dipterocarpus hasseltii is a endangered species with high conservation value. Here, we present the plastome of D. hasseltii using next generation sequencing and a comparative phylogenomic analysis with twenty others published plastome sequence downloaded from the GenBank. This complete plastome can be further used in resolving the phylogeny and evolutionary history of the mega-diverse Dipterocarpaceae
