Abstract Knowledge management is a theme that has brought contributions to various areas, including Organizational Psychology. The present study aimed to adapt to Brazil and test some evidence of validity of the Team Knowledge Management scale. We followed the steps for semantic adaptation, version comparison, and content validity. The scale was made available online and applied to 496 workers (68.8% women) with employee status. Data were analyzed by exploratory and confirmatory factorial analysis. The number of factors was determined by parallel and theoretical consistency analyses, resulting in a scale with 32 items, divided into six factors, namely: knowledge creation and acquisition, team memory, knowledge utilization, knowledge sharing and diffusion, knowledge recovery, and knowledge management catalysts. The results allow us to recommend the use of the scale with Brazilian samples.
