资源简介:
Biodegradable plastic films have emerged as an alternative to conventional plastic films. However, the response of microbial communities associated with different ecological niches (i.e., bulksoil, rhizosphere, and endosphere) in sunflower roots to degradable film cover remains poorly understood. In this study, we analysed the microbial diversity, network core species and community assembly processes in different ecological niches of roots under film cover. The results showed that the degradation film cover significantly increased the diversity of bulk soil,, and endosphere bacteria and decreased the diversity of fungi, and the mulching treatment promoted the gradual shift of the inter-root microbial community assembly process to a deterministic process. Degradative film mulching increased the connectivity and complexity of bacterial networks and decreased the complexity of fungal networks.
