Share of PHI owners that received full reimbursement in Hong Kong 2017

According to a survey conducted in Hong Kong in 2017, 46 percent of surveyed Hong Kong residents who have private health insurance said they received full reimbursement of the treatment for their most recent claim, while the other respondents only received partial reimbursement or no reimbursement. The respondents didn't receive full reimbursement mainly because their claim amounts exceeded maximum reimbursement.
