Statistical Evidence in Psychological Networks

This project repository contains all documents associated with the large-scale re-analysis project conducted in the Bayesian Graphical modeling lab at the University of Amsterdam (https://bayesiangraphicalmodeling.com/re-analysis/).

REPRODUCE ANALYSIS: Researchers can run the analysis script with the R scripts Re-Analysis_Analysis_OSF.R and Re-Analysis_Visualization_OSF.R in the subfolder 04_Analysis/04_01_RScripts. The Re-Analysis_Analysis_OSF.R is just a sample re-analysis of some publicly available raw data to illustrate the data fitting procedure. The Re-Analysis_Visualization_OSF.R file enables researchers to reproduce the manuscript descriptives and figures exactly. All necessary files and functions are sourced within the RScripts themselves. The RScripts were generated to ensure reproducibility by researchers trying to run the analysis themselves; the actual files used by us are in the folder 04_Analysis/04_01_RScripts/Original_scripts.
