We established serially transplantable and robust, genetically engineered patient derived xenograft (PDX) models of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Patients' primary AML cells were transplanted into NSG mice. Models which engrafted were serially passaged and isolated from murine bone marrow. Methylation profiling was done with Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChips.
