We have performed an analysis of a small series of UC patients in order to analyze their characteristics and patterns of response and resistance to inmunotherapy Bladder FFPE samples from patients diagnosed with bladder cancer were studied by GeneChip Human Transcriptome array (HTA2.0) Arrays (Affymetrix, Santa Clara, CA). They were treated with pembrolizumab (MK-3475) and comparisons between responders and progressors were carried out.
