Gene expression of Aif-1 knock out and wild type mice-kidney macrophages after ischemic injury

RNA was isolted from immunomagnetically sorted macrophages from kidneys of mice 4 day after 30 minutes of IRI, 100ng of Rna per sample was used for Nanostring hybridization Gene expression was measured using nCounter Mouse Myeloid Innnate Immunity V2 Panel Macrophages from 3 mice each from both KO and WT mice kidneys were processed. Contralateral right kidney from each mouse served as its own respective control.
