Supporting information from the manuscript submitted in Resource, Conservation and Recycling: Revisiting the carbon footprint of Peruvian dietary patterns based on the national household survey. The main objective of the current study was to revisit the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions linked to Peruvian dietary patterns using updated household survey data for the 2008-2022 period.  dataset1: contains results of caloric intake and GHG emissions from the consumption of 96 food products in kcal/person/day and kg CO2eq/person/year per household, respectively, divided by transportation phase (only for main Peruvian cities), food loss and waste, raw foods, prepared meals, food away from home, food provided by charity institutions, for a time horizon from 2008 to 2022. dataset1_labels: contains the data dictionary of dataset1
