Transversal study, repeated over time, based on representative samples of the non-institutionalised Spanish population aged 16 and over during the period 2006-2017, using the National Health Surveys (NHS) of 2006, 2011 and 2017 and the European Health Survey (EHS). The ENS and EES are representative surveys with a stratified multi-stage design, carried out by means of personal interviews. In order to control for the possible seasonal effect, the sample was selected taking into account all the months of the year. We analysed the use of three health care: Primary Care in the last four weeks; emergency service and nursing service in the last twelve months. The nursing service includes scheduled, on-demand and urgent consultations carried out within Primary Care Teams in Health Centres
