Reversible neonatal ascending aorta constriction (Rev-nAAC), neonatal ascending aorta constriction (nAAC) or sham surgery was performed in newborn mice within 24h. At the 4th, 6th and 8th week, left ventricles were collected and used for RNA sequencing (n=5 per group). RNA sequencing assessed gene expression changes in left ventricular samples from 4-, 6-, and 8-week-old mice that underwent either sham surgery (control group), aortic constriction (remodeling group), or reversible aortic constriction (reverse remodeling group) within 24 hours after birth.
