These volumes are arranged by hospital (see shelf list). For each hospital, complete details are given in connection with maintenance accounts kept for individual patients. Additional information supplied for each account includes the name and address of the person in whose name the account was held (usually a close relative of the patient), together with patient's name, number, and date of admission.
