The African Hepatitis B MTCT Synthetic Dataset contains 25,000 samples across 6 sub-datasets, modeling the risk factors, prevention interventions, and their impacts on mother-to-child transmission of Hepatitis B in Sub-Saharan Africa. The dataset takes into account the prevalence of Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) positivity in pregnant women, birth dose vaccine coverage, antenatal screening, and viral load testing. It is suitable for predicting MTCT risk, intervention effectiveness, and the long-term risk of chronic Hepatitis B infection.
