A Knowledge Graph for an in silico and chemo-biological approach to identify anti-infective and pro-metabolic natural products

The main file sinwolf.trig.gz is a dump of an RDF knowledge graph resulting from the project https://data.snf.ch/grants/grant/189921, funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation. A SPARQL endpoint to query this dataset, and more documentations are available at sinergiawolfender.org The data acquisition and integration strategy are explained in the DMP.pdf file. The video illustrates how the knowledge graph can be crawled in GraphDB software.
