NRS-19734 | Discharge registers [Brush Farm Home, Eastwood]

This series consists of two discharge registers for Brush Farm Home, Eastwood.The format of each register is a week to a page, sorted by week ending, with individual entries made chronologically by discharge date. Details recorded include date of discharge, name, date of birth, age, SC 108 number, indication of type of discharge (e.g. transfer, hospital, leave), to whom discharged (name and relationship), and address. There is space at the bottom of each page to note the number of discharges in each category and the grand total, but this was never completed. Each page was signed and dated by the superintendent of the home.On the second page of the first register some discharge records dating from earlier in the same year are recorded, even though they do not correspond to the week ending date for that page. The normal run of discharge records then continues.
