资源简介:

This dataset includes the geolocation shift logs for ECOSTRESS scenes across ten study sites: O‘ahu, Hawaii; Chesapeake Bay, Maryland-Virginia; Puget Sound, Washington; Tutuila, American Samoa; Florida Keys, Florida; Liverpool Bay, United Kingdom; Puerto Rico; Guam; Los Angeles, California; and Brisbane, Australia. There is an individual csv file per study site, each including the following fields: filename, datetime, azimuth_deg (direction of the geolocation shift), and distance_m (magnitude of the shift in meters). Each scene was manually shifted using the GeoViewer tool by Longenecker, et al. to derive these values. ECOSTRESS (ECOsystem Spaceborne Thermal Radiometer Experiment on Space Station) acquires thermal imagery from the International Space Station (ISS) which causes some spatial misalignment relative to true ground locations due to the ISS's variable orbit, and pointing geometry. The azimuth and distance values in this dataset represent the magnitude and direction of these geolocation errors and can be used to assess or correct spatial offsets in ECOSTRESS data.
