资源简介:
We performed metagenomics analysis by 16S rDNA high-throughput sequencing to identify potential bacteria involved in CRC development. In the azoxymethane/dextran sodium sulfate (AOM/DSS)-induced murine colorectal cancer (CRC) model, we observed that a small minority of mice always failed to develop CRC. High-throughput 16S rDNA sequencing was used to compare the microbial composition between the two groups with and without CRC formation. We found that compared with mice without tumors, the genus Ruminococcus, the species Ruminococcus flavefaciens (R.f) and Fibrobacter succinogenes (F.s) were significantly increased, while the species Eubacterium dolichum (E.d) was dramatically reduced in tumor-enriched mice.
