For prospective applications of the sixth generation of mobile systems, the terahertz communication attracts increasing attention. The wireless channel and its characterization with regard to multipath propagation plays a fundamental role for the development of efficient algorithms and the system design. The published data contain extracted multipath components from two different time-domain channel sounders in the following scenarios: data center, industrial environment, aircraft cabin, shopping mall, and conference room. The multipath components are defined by amplitude, delay, angle of arrival. Additionally, the angle of departure is provided for the data center and the aircraft scenarios.
